This study aimed to find out the effect given by campaign with determining of "Palang Merah Indonesia" (PMI)'s social media content as focus this using theory usability and effect. The research method used in uses qualitative Nvivo application a tool study. Palang Indonesia (PMI) was one institutions that work field health humanity. Support general public more reach can be done on campaigning. Disaster communication campaigns are form support through such instagram twitter. results showed majority followers PMI accounts were productive age group, community giving is influenced Twitter dominantly than Instagram
